Freelance ServiceNow Developer – GRC Implementation
Engagement: Contract / Freelance
Duration: 6 months, extendable
Location: Hybrid, Paris
Rate/TGM: Competitive
We’re seeking a Freelance ServiceNow Developer experienced in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. You’ll configure and develop core GRC modules, automate workflows, and integrate with other enterprise systems and collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver a robust, scalable solution.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules (Policy, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Develop flows, workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate compliance processes.
Implement risk scoring models, control test workflows, and assessment templates.
Build reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets.
Integrate GRC with other modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, SecOps) or external tools via APIs.
Support UAT, deployment, and documentation of technical configurations.
Required Skills
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with GRC/IRM focus.
Strong JavaScript and Flow Designer skills.
Experience with ACLs, roles, update sets, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, etc.).
Proven ability to deliver independently in an Agile or milestone-based environment.
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS–GRC/IRM certifications.
Experience integrating with SecOps, HRSD, or Vendor Risk modules.
Strong reporting and Performance Analytics experience.
Deliverables
Configured and tested GRC solution.
Functional workflows, scripts, and dashboards.
Integration setup and documentation.
Post-deployment support (as per contract scope).
