Location: Lincoln Hybrid Flexible (UK-based, with travel to Spain)

Type: Senior Leadership / Partnership Role

We’re on the hunt for someone special to join The Spanish Boot Company — a small but mighty team that’s growing fast (140% last year and on track to do it again ).

This isn’t your average “senior leadership” job. Yes, you’ll need brains, business sense, and a love for beautiful boots. But you’ll also need to roll up your sleeves — sometimes literally — because one day you’ll be talking strategy, the next you’ll be unloading boxes in a muddy field at a country show.

We’re looking for someone who can do it all — from shaping growth plans to helping run events, from brand strategy to boot polish. You’ll need resilience, energy, a sense of humour, and the ability to handle both chaos and coffee.

This is an incredible opportunity to help shape a brand that’s going places — with the possibility to grow into a partnership role for the right person. We’re a company built on craftsmanship, laughter, and a lot of leather.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in fashion, footwear, or premium lifestyle brands
Strong commercial acumen – ideally with experience in sales, brand growth, or business development
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership ability
A genuine passion for craftsmanship, authenticity, and brand storytelling
Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
