Strategic Program Manager (B2B)

Location: Kings Cross, London (3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join a fast-moving commercial team within the immersive tech space. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys data-driven work, project management, and partner operations.

You’ll help design and manage partner and reseller programs for innovative hardware products, working closely with sales, operations, and analytics teams to improve business performance and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage partner programs, incentives, and deal registration processes
Support pricing and discount operations in collaboration with deal desk and finance teams
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce
Analyze partner performance data to provide insights and drive improvements
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Collaborate cross-functionally across commercial, sales, and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of experience in B2B sales operations or partner operations

Strong data analytics and Excel skills (dashboards, reports, insights)

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Confident communicator, comfortable with ambiguity and change

Nice to Have

Experience designing go-to-market or reseller programs

Background in large B2B tech companies (e.g., hardware, SaaS, enterprise solutions)

Knowledge of Salesforce or Tableau

Project management or analytics certification
