About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and growth-minded Client Solutions Lead (CSL) to expand Insight’s Services footprint across assigned districts. This individual contributor role is focused on executing the district Services plan in partnership with Account Executives (AEs), who serve as the relationship owners.
The CSL is responsible for converting non-Services accounts into Services clients, re-engaging past clients, and expanding existing relationships across Insight’s core solution areas—Cloud, Data & AI, Applications, Security, and Collaboration. This role is pivotal in driving district-level Services growth through consistent execution of Land, Activate, and Expand motions.
As a Client Solutions Lead You Will
Partner with AEs to identify and convert whitespace and non-Services accounts into active Services clients.
Re-engage dormant or past clients to reignite Services opportunities.
Expand existing Services relationships across multiple solution areas including Cloud, Data & AI, Applications, Security, and Collaboration.
Execute the district Services plan with precision, ensuring consistent growth and client engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with Insight’s Services portfolio.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in client expansion, business development, or services sales within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of Insight’s core solution areas and how to position Services for growth.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and strategic execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and long-term impact.
