Job Description

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a PHP/Laravel Developer for a short-term project with an EU client in Brussels.

Context

This role supports the development and maintenance of IT systems that enable policy implementation and digital transformation across various organizational units. The IT team builds and operates solutions in areas such as Briefings and Speeches Management, Stakeholder Interaction, Financial Sanctions, External Service Provider Oversight, and Financial Intelligence.

This position focuses on the Financial Sanctions Suite, a system that supports the implementation of restrictive measures aimed at influencing harmful policies or actions by non-EU entities, including individuals and organizations.

Role & Responsibilities

Supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Financial Sanctions Suite.
Collaborating with policy and operational teams to ensure the system meets evolving needs.
Acting as a service provider to internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and support.
Contributing to digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects related to financial intelligence and external service provider management.

Familiarity with financial intelligence systems or sanctions-related platforms is a strong asset.
Working with interoperable systems across organizational boundaries.
Understanding of institutional frameworks and digital governance principles.
