• $175,000 – $270,000 first-year base salary

• New York, NY | Hybrid with client-site travel

In this role, you will design and steer complex transformation programmes for Fortune 500 companies - from scoping through execution, blending technology and business change to deliver measurable impact.

You will be stepping into a consultancy with a unique flat structure and model (including no sales targets!) that prizes collaboration over hierarchy and offers a 1:4 Partner-to-Consultant ratio.

You will join a close-knit team that balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you C-suite exposure, access to a wide breadth of projects, and the runway to deepen your craft while keeping extended travel to a minimum.

Role Highlights

– Lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide change, across industries

– Shape strategy, roadmap and governance for high-value programmes

– Integrate digital solutions to unlock competitive advantage

– Build deep and trusted C-suite relationships that influence critical decisions

– Balance on-site collaboration with flexible hybrid working

You Will Need

– 6-10 years’ top-tier consulting experience (Big4/Accenture or similar), including tenure at Manager/Senior Manager

– Proven leadership of complex workstreams and multimillion-dollar budgets

– Ability to simplify and present sophisticated ideas persuasively

– Track record of using tech to drive lasting business change

– Valid right to work in the US without sponsorship
