Job Specifications

This role is focused on driving lead generation for local contractors in sectors such as roofing, flooring, painting, windows, and concrete. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in Meta Ads and GoHighLevel to build, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for service-based businesses. The position is fully remote, operating on Mountain Time hours, and requires a proactive marketer with a strong track record in local lead generation, not e-commerce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, from infrastructure setup to reporting, ensuring consistent performance and client satisfaction.

Deliverables

Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns tailored to local service businesses
Build and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, including surveys, funnels, calendars, pipelines, and automations
Write compelling ad copy and test creative assets for optimal performance
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead quality and volume
Manage daily reporting and maintain accurate CRM data
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client goals

Requirements

2–4+ years of hands-on experience generating leads via Meta Ads for local service businesses
Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, including account setup and automation workflows
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads infrastructure, campaign setup, and optimization
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work Mountain Time hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Experience with ad copywriting and creative testing
Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, and CRM management
Bonus: Experience with UTMs, basic CRO, Canva/CapCut, and Google Sheets
