Job Title: Project Manager - Certified Monday.com Expert

Location: Columbia- MD (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite Weekly)

Duration: 6 Months +

Start Date: ASAP

Summary:

Client is seeking a Project Manager with proven expertise in Monday.com to lead workflow optimization efforts and provide training and support to internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Monday.com Expert, with a solid understanding of project management fundamentals, experience in workflow mapping, and the ability to customize project templates and dashboards within the platform. This role will serve as both a PM and a platform evangelist, driving adoption and best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Act as the in-house Monday.com subject matter expert (SME) and trainer.
Design, build, and customize project boards, workflows, automations, and dashboards within Monday.com.
Train and support internal team members on Monday.com usage, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and map those to effective workflows.
Conduct workflow analysis and propose improvements to streamline operations.
Serve as a basic project manager, helping to track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Provide documentation, guides, and training materials tailored to different user levels.

Requirements:

Certified Monday.com Expert (required).
3+ years of experience in project management or business operations.
Strong understanding of workflow design, task tracking, and process optimization.
Experience delivering training or onboarding for SaaS tools or project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Columbia, MD.
