Must haves:

3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, real estate accounting preferred but not required.

* Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to handle complex information accurately.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.

* Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes preferred.

* Proven track record of dependability, professionalism, and teamwork.
