Responsibilities
This is a contract, hybrid (PARTIALLY ON-SITE) role for a Full Stack software Engineer based in San Jose, CA. The Full Stack software Engineer will be responsible for hands-on architecting, prototyping, implementing, troubleshooting, iterating
the front-end (React, etc.)
the back-end web development (Node JS, FastAPI, etc.)
real-time messaging (WebSockets, SSE, etc.)
proxying (Nginx, Let's Encrypt, etc.)
containerization (Docker, K8s, Dokku, etc.)
cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Render, etc.)
cloud scaling, performance
vibe coding (full stack, real-time messaging, etc.)
agentic coding
vibe code cleanup
web API
user/developer API and tooling
robot applications
developer SDK
writing, publishing SDK documentation, examples, projects including open source
supporting third-party developers
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in responsibilities itemized in the role description
Exceptionally fast learner
Exceptional execution
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptionally resourceful
BS+5 years or MS+3 years in CS or related engineering field minimum
Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
Experience in robotics, robotics firmware, ROS2 a plus
Desirable
Tier 1 education (Stanford, MIT, Tsinghua, etc.) highly desirable
