Location: Waterloo, ON OR Toronto, ON

Duration: Long Term Contract

About this role:

This role is for a Digital Business Analyst & Test Lead in HR team of one of our Banking client's location in Waterloo or either in Toronto, ON.

It focuses on gathering HR system requirements, leading testing (UAT/system/regression), managing defects, and coordinating with global HR and IT teams to enhance digital HR tools and employee experiences.

Must-haves:

8 + yrs as Business Analyst or HR Systems Analyst (enterprise HR tech)
Hands-on Test Lead experience (test strategy, planning, execution, defect triage)
Experience with HR SaaS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.)
Strong with JIRA/Test Plans/Xray, SDLC, agile/waterfall
Excellent communication & facilitation with global stakeholders
