Your new company
Hays have partnered with a Tier 1 bank to appoint an experienced BA/PM to lead their client outreach for their in-scope entities and clients. If you're an experienced BA/PM, with a background in Tier-1 banks or Big 4 consulting and a strong regulatory understanding of LIBOR, then we want to hear from you.

Length: 30/10/26 + extension
Rate: PS600 - PS680/day inside via Umbrella
Location: Canary Wharf, 3-days in-office

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

Experienced & Self-Driven: Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven ability to lead initiatives independently in complex environments such as Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms.
Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong Excel proficiency for handling large datasets, identifying gaps, and driving regulatory projects. Skilled in designing formulas and intelligent metrics.
Regulatory & Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Markets products, trade lifecycle, and current regulatory change requirements, including compliance implementation.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Effective in navigating diverse teams and senior stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and the ability to guide junior analysts through structured analysis tasks.
