What You'll Do

Manage all activities from order creation and load planning to final delivery
Proactively informing the sales team and customers of any issues and taking the lead to resolve problems and improve processes.
Manage key master data within all order management systems, including SAP and internal desk guides.
Mitigate supply chain disruptions by recognizing and resolving potential order conflicts before they impact on-time and in-full delivery performance.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a supply chain role (professional internships are acceptable).
Basic working knowledge of supply chain systems such as EDI, ERP, and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
