Role: ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) Developer/Architect

Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid Onsite) | Southington, CT | Jericho, Long Island, NY

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow FSO solutions within the financial domain.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support ServiceNow FSO solution design and implementation.
Work on Financial Data Models, Dispute Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Treasury Operations, Payment Operations, Card Operations, Loan Operations, and Claims Processing.
Participate in requirements gathering, sprint planning, and client demos within Agile frameworks.
Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and ITIL standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to ensure timely delivery during sprint cycles.
Utilize CSDM, CMDB, and ServiceNow data models for optimal platform performance.

Required Skills:

1–2+ years of ServiceNow FSO implementation experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and API integration.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and financial operations workflows.
Proficiency in JavaScript (client & server-side) on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
