The Compliance Quality Assurance and Control Associate position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of various Personal Care Attendant ( PCA) transactional processes associated with the Tempus Unlimited Fiscal Intermediary (FI) PCA Program contract and various Community Services contracts. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus Quality program and FI/Community Services (CS) contract requirements. Prepare daily reports to communicate results of various quality activities to appropriate Tempus personnel. Inform Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor of any quality trends identified during the quality control process.
$20.00 an hour
35 hours a work week
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
2 weeks in office everyday for training
Training hours 7:30am - 3:30pm
Moves to hybrid model once training complete Essential Duties:
Perform all responsibilities of a Quality Control Assistant
Perform routine Quality Control testing of Budgets for various groups (FFS/SCO/CDC).
Perform routine updates to Corrective Action Spreadsheets ensuring the appropriate updates have been made and corrected documentation is filed in Laserfiche.
Assist with the cross training of new employee's (NHP, DD/DC)
Perform Quality Assurance tasks upon request (document extraction, sample production, Overbilling, PA testing).
Effectively interact with FI, Administration and Community Service teams to resolve issues (ie missing or incomplete paperwork).
Notify Quality Assurance Supervisor of any repeating error trends to improve the quality process and/or identify potential training issues.
Immediately alert appropriate Quality Control and other department individuals if a High Priority finding is discovered. Ensure a communication has been made and resolution steps are in process to correct finding, and procedures are identified to prevent re- occurrence if the finding is critical in scope (Someone shows up on OIG).
Perform other duties as assigned by QA Supervisor Competencies

Strong Understanding of Excel, Spreadsheets, and Graphs (ability to make monthly spreadsheets)
Perform all other duties as may be required. Requirements:
1 -2 years of Quality Control experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization Work Environment
