Job Overview

The Regional Manager (RM) is a senior field leader responsible for overseeing multiple District and Area Managers across a defined region, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency. This role is elevated above the District Manager position and will directly manage 5–10 multi-unit leaders while serving as a key partner to cross-functional departments.

The RM role is 80% travel and 20% office/home market based, requiring frequent travel outside of the home market to maintain strong visibility, leadership, and operational alignment across regions. Regional Managers will play a critical role in leading strategic initiatives, supporting pilots, program rollouts, workshops, and special projects that drive the long-term growth of POP MART North America.

What You Will Achieve

Regional Leadership & Multi-Unit Oversight

Provide direct leadership to District Managers and Area Managers, ensuring they deliver on all operational and financial expectations within their assigned markets.
Oversee the execution of store operations, inventory control, payroll management, and visual merchandising at scale across the region.
Drive consistent achievement of all store-level KPIs by holding multi-unit leaders accountable for results and execution standards.
Build a strong leadership pipeline by coaching, training, and developing multi-unit leaders into future senior leaders.

Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal departments (HR, L&D, Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Real Estate, Construction, and IT) to implement pilots, program rollouts, workshops, and special projects across the region.
Serve as the regional point of contact for business-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between field operations and the corporate Support Center.
Provide feedback to cross-functional partners on program effectiveness, identifying opportunities for scalability and improvement.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

Ensure all locations within the region adhere to corporate policies, operational SOPs, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Anticipate and resolve large-scale operational challenges, implementing solutions that support sustainable growth.
Champion efficiency by streamlining processes and ensuring multi-unit leaders adopt best practices.

People Leadership & Talent Development

Lead regional workforce planning, including hiring strategies, payroll oversight, and succession planning.
Oversee interviews, training, and onboarding of multi-unit leaders and ensure consistency of people practices across districts.
Drive accountability through regular performance reviews, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.

Business Performance & Financial Oversight

Own regional financial performance by managing payroll, labor budgets, and profitability across multiple districts.
Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to track performance against budget and deliver actionable insights for improvement.
Ensure all District and Area Managers understand and execute financial strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Travel & Market Visibility

Maintain a strong presence in the field through 80% travel (subject to business needs), including frequent visits to stores outside of the home market.
Provide consistent visibility and direct support to field teams, building trust and alignment at all levels.

What You Will Need

Experience & Leadership

7+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a Regional Manager overseeing District or Area Managers.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams of District and Area Managers.
Strong track record of delivering financial results and operational excellence across multiple markets.
