About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UAT Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing activities across a major business transformation and ERP programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new systems, processes, and integrations meet business needs and deliver measurable value.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles—ensuring high-quality outcomes, robust governance, and a smooth path to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing process within large-scale transformation or ERP initiatives.
Translate business processes and requirements into comprehensive and effective test scenarios and scripts.
Partner with business teams to define acceptance criteria, manage test execution, and validate outcomes.
Oversee defect management, including triage, prioritisation, tracking, and retesting.
Produce clear and structured UAT documentation, progress reports, and sign-off materials.
Coordinate integrated testing across multiple systems and workstreams.
Collaborate with Change Management and Training teams to ensure readiness for deployment.
Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and ensure adherence to QA and governance standards.

Key Requirements

Strong experience managing User Acceptance Testing in business transformation or ERP programmes.
Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to design effective test scenarios.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and test management tools such as Azure DevOps (or similar).
Experience with data migration and integration testing.
Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
Exposure to test automation concepts and tools.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
