As a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator, You bring a strong foundation in recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and HR support. You thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality are essential. With experience managing applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and supporting end-to-end hiring processes, the Talent Acquisition Administration serves as a critical link between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This position will consider both Red deer and Calgary candidates

Job Duties

Screen resumes and determine which candidates will continue to the interviews stage.
Maintain our sourcing campaigns and screen qualified candidates to set up for interviews.
Complete first interviews with candidates who have successfully completed the application process and phone screens
Track and source candidates for all staffing requests - Proactively sourcing talent
Assist with job postings, ensuring they are up to date and reflect current staffing needs
Create innovative and creative recruitment ads to attract high profile candidates
Assist, attend and participate in both internal and external career fairs
Collect all incoming resumes and track all of the pertinent data
Review each applicant's eligibility for hire
Use sound judgment to determine candidate suitability for first interviews
Document information regarding all applicants in our internal applicant tracking system and update
Assist with employee relations and communication; participate and help facilitate company-wide community involvement
Report on KPI's and generate monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
Liaising with out Talent Acquisition team and People and culture team ensuring support recruitment and other areas as needed.
Strategic recruitment, may include posting jobs on external recruitment sites when provided staffing request
Support day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and productive manner.
Manage the onboarding process in supporting new hires through the pre-employment process, training, and deployment.
Manage and track employee compliances for the Red Deer and area employees while partnering with Operations to ensure all information, certifications, and training remain up to date.
Manage digital employee files and ongoing personnel changes as they arise.
Partner with the P&C team to tackle HR projects to innovate current practices.
Assist with training scheduling, uniform coordination, and uniform inventory.
Manage and address Jira Tickets
Compile data, statistics, and other information to support onboarding and retention KPI's.
Provide administrative support for the People and Culture and branch Operations teams.
Additional tasks and duties as requested.

Education, Skills And Qualifications

Proven ability to embrace change and adversity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Ability to multitask and accommodate short notice changes while working with constant interruptions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Diploma in Business Management or Human Resource is an asset.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resource is an asset.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
Knowledge and understanding of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation
Authorized to legally work in Canada

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED
