About The Team

We are the Global Network Engineering team at Roku, and we’re responsible for ensuring that every bit, byte, 1, and 0 makes its way across the network exactly where it needs to go. From managing the vast array of switches and Wi-Fi access points that keep our offices and labs connected, to maintaining the firewalls and SD-WAN that securely tie our global sites together, we’re the invisible hands behind Roku’s connectivity.

Our team also oversees IP address management (IPAM), ensuring Roku's network of digital real estate remains organized, efficient, and ready to scale as the company grows. In short, if it plugs in, pings back, or passes packets, we’re involved.

We take pride in delivering fast, reliable, and secure connectivity to every Roku employee worldwide. Whether it’s a seamless Zoom call, a code deployment from across the ocean, or a streaming demo in a lab, we make sure the network performs flawlessly.

In simpler terms, we’re the people who make sure the 1s and 0s arrive in the correct order, and when they don’t, we chase them down until they do.
