Analyst - Insights & Measurement
Position Overview
The Analyst - Insights & Measurement will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and statistical analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
This is a 40 hr/week, hybrid role ( Monday - Thursday onsite) in NY, NY.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and insights that impact business decisions.
Perform statistical analysis to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Develop and implement research methodologies to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Utilize Excel and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing research findings and recommendations.
Present research insights and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and deliver relevant insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Economics, Statistics, or Social Sciences.
1 - 3 years experience in market research or data analysis.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and research methodologies.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Candidates should be passionate about entertainment and the sports media business.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
