Job Specifications

We’re hiring a Control Systems Engineer for a contract role in Orlando, FL. You’ll work onsite with a team of engineers developing innovative control systems for entertainment applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and troubleshoot control systems using C++/C# and PLCs
Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with internal teams and partners
Apply Agile practices and use tools like Visual Studio and Git
Model dynamic systems and apply statistical analysis

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in engineering (entertainment or general)
Proficient in C++ and/or C#
Experience with PLC hardware and control systems is a must!!
Strong math/physics background
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science (ABET-accredited)
Familiarity with Agile, Git, and engineering tools

Preferred:

Experience in themed entertainment or ride/show systems
Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, SolidWorks, or Unity/Unreal
Systems engineering tools (SysML, IDEF0) a plus
