HCM Tester
Location: Hybrid- any where in Canada
Fulltime/Permanent
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and HR stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning, Offboarding).
Validate end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in HR systems.
To qualify for the role you must have
3+ years of experience in functional testing, preferably in HCM or ERP systems (e.g., Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and associated business processes.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
