Role Overview:

Deep expertise in Appian BPM development and workflow design and automation using Appian Compass. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with proven leadership experience managing multi-regional teams. This role involves overseeing application enhancement, performance optimization, workflow automation, and UI/UX improvements while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of total experience in IT with a focus on Appian BPM development and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on expertise in workflow design, UI/UX enhancement, and automation within Appian Compass.
Excellent troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
