Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Finance, and National Technology) and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, map current and future processes, and ensure successful system configuration, integration, and user adoption. Expactations: Deliver hands‑on Workday project work, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and provide detailed gap analyses and solution recommendations. Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications.
