**Job Title:** Cloud Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud‑based applications and services. Implement infrastructure as code, integrate APIs and microservices, and ensure robust, secure, and performant solutions across major cloud platforms.
**Expectations:**
- 3 + years of hands‑on experience building applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code in Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, develop, and launch cloud applications and microservices.
- Create and manage infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration points.
- Optimize performance, cost, and security of cloud resources.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response procedures.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
**Required Skills:**
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (core services, networking, storage, compute).
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Programming: Python, Java (or comparable languages).
- API design & microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with RPA tools, Power BI, and GIS platforms is a plus.
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer, or similar.
