Job Title: AI Lead / AI Solutions Architect

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to guide strategy, architecture, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of AI, ML, and automation solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into scalable AI use cases.
Build and deploy machine learning models, data pipelines, and inference systems.
Evaluate and implement Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), and related frameworks where suitable.
Oversee AI model performance, governance, security, and ethical considerations.
Mentor internal teams and support capability-building across the organization.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or solution architecture.
Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
Familiarity with LLMs, NLP techniques, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and/or MLOps.
Proficiency in Python and modern data engineering practices.
Experience designing scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
Previous experience implementing GenAI applications (chatbots, automation tools, RAG systems).
Experience working in enterprise environments or consultancy.
Knowledge of data governance and AI compliance frameworks.
