Microsoft Excel Sales Attention to detail Training Accounting

Job Specifications

Our client, a global fashion retail company, is looking for an Inventory Management Analyst to join their team! This will be an onsite role to start working out of their office in San Francisco (hybrid option after completion of training). The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, possess strong business accumen, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

Contract Role: 5 months
Pay: $40-50/hr on W2
Schedule: Fully onsite 5 days per week to start, 2-3 days hybrid availability after training period

Responsibilities:

Handle product forecasting end to end (quantity, PO management, receipt reconciliation, pricing decisions, price optimization, etc.)
Analyze demand planning data, historical sales data, and current trends
Creating sales forecasts, gross-margin, and inventory plans
Communicating financial results to management team

Required Qualifications:

3+ year of inventory management / demand planning experience
Product forecasting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience utilizing MicroStrategy and Anaplan is highly preferred
Experience working in the fashion retail industry is highly desirable
