Title: Business Analyst
Location: 100% remote (USA based)
Duration: 4+ month contract

Rate: $50/hrPosition Summary:
Our client is undergoing a strategic restructuring of their Sales and Marketing organization to adopt a more consultative, mission-driven approach when engaging with government and behavioral health clients. The Business Analyst will play a key role in defining, documenting, and optimizing the sales process—shifting from a “salesy” model to a more structured, SME-led engagement strategy.
This role will focus on conducting structured discovery, cross-departmental process mapping (current state vs. future state), and creating tools and frameworks to support a streamlined and integrated sales strategy.Responsibilities:
Lead structured discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct current state (“as-is”) and future state (“to-be”) process mapping to define optimized workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Proposal teams.
Develop a comprehensive Sales Playbook to capture methodology, processes, and best practices.
Create supporting documentation, including RACI matrices, process maps, training plans, and KPI frameworks.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate refined sales processes into the CRM and other operational tools.
Identify training gaps and build strategies for enablement and adoption.
Simplify and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundant efforts.
Rework and enhance existing documentation to align with new methodologies and frameworks.
Must Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Proven experience leading As-Is / To-Be process discovery and documentation efforts.
Proficiency with Visio or Lucidchart (MS Planner experience a plus).
Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder engagement and building consensus.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for mission-driven organizations and alignment with their purpose.
Positive, personable, and flexible approach to collaboration.
Experience within consulting or the behavioral health sector is highly desirable.
