Job Specifications

In close collaboration with (and under the guidance of) the Head of Insights, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of dashboard projects, from business requirements to implementation and adoption. The role requires a profound understanding of business and a keen eye for detail to build dashboards that meet LVMH standards.

You will be working closely with different stakeholders, such as Business teams, Data Engineers, Data Architects, UX designers, and more - ensuring smooth collaboration and project success. Your role will also include dashboard insight restitution and more advanced analytics for business teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to fully understand their activities and requirements (incl. collaborate in running workshops).
Critically assess the requirements collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure a positive trade-off between product evolution investment and insights-driven value to the business.
Leveraging the existing know-how define and harmonize KPIs calculation methodologies across multiple business areas.
Transform the requirements into preliminary visual sketches (pen and paper, or other medium) with a focus on storytelling through data, until a clear vision for the product is crystallized.
Turn the sketches into mockups following as references the existing UX/UI bible and the compliant dashboards that are already live.
Anticipate data tracking requirements to meet the dashboard business needs (collaborating with the Tracking Team).
Oversee data integration into LVMH data platform in collaboration with the Data Tech team.
Prepare data in BigQuery and develop high-quality dashboards in Power BI.
Thoroughly document all requirements and functionalities, as well as the Data Catalogue.
Produce slide decks as needed to convey key progress updates and final deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
A sharp mind with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and business acumen.
High energy, self-starter who’s comfortable striving for excellence.
Great communication skills necessary to animate discussions around the business – able to articulate complex topics in simple ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced in PowerBI and Google suite (BigQuery, GCP, …).
Previous experience with SQL and visualization tools.
Genuinely fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience in similar roles in Retail or Luxury businesses.
Experience designing in Figma
