Logistics Assistants – Major Sports Events (Multiple Roles in Travel, Accreditation and Freight)

Start in Paris at the HBS main hub this January and fly to the USA in summer 2026!

A unique opportunity to be part of the logistics engine that powers some of the world’s most-watched sporting events. We’re looking for several Logistics Assistants to join us across different areas — Special Projects, Travel, Accreditation, and Freight — supporting the delivery of world-class events.

About the Role

As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to arrange logistics operations — from travel arrangements and accreditation to managing shipments, accommodation, and on-site support.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team that thrives on collaboration, precision, and adaptability. Every day will bring new challenges as you help ensure that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes of major global tournaments.

What You’ll Do

Support the coordination and booking of logistics services
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and within budget
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Assist with financial follow-up, including invoice processing and tracking
Support on-site logistics operations as needed during event delivery

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable working with people from all departments and cultures
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Common sense, adaptability, and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel internationally for events
