Purpose of Position:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the North of France.

The candidate will have experience in the Food Manufacturers & Small & Medium enterprise environments in the French market.

The expert will act as a market & product expert, on the full portfolio of Irca group.

He/she will bring full customer management from prospection to monitoring results, through fulfilling the pipeline of opportunities.

In order to leverage up the FM activities, he will share his extended knowledge with the team in order to drive all opportunities without boundaries.

The expert will also drive this business mostly on a contract base business with the need to manage the anticipation and contract management process.

As Irca needs more awareness in this customer category, he will also bring his extended view of the market to support the full Irca multibrand approach.

Description of main Activities /responsibilities:

Plan & strategy

· Participate to the preparation of the plan.

· Explore the market expectation to be fulfilled

· Contract management processes

· Fullfill the opportunity pipeline & support the possible NPD processes

· Support the full Order to Cash model

Customer and Sales orientated activities:

· Participate to customer meeting

· Support the feedback to bring to the customers

· Bring a strong contract management process with customers

· Possible support to look through the post-listing processes

Irca awarness :

· Contribute within the team to extend the awareness Irca multibrand approach within FM/SME customer category (i.e. : industrial association participation).

Education Bac+5/Bac+3 in Sales

Professional Skills Expert in Chocolate, compound, filling & creams, fruit within a industrial / SME environment

Experiences Extended experience in FM/SME in managing multibrand or multicategory environment

Language Skills Fluent French and English and/or Italian as a plus

Computer Skills Proficient in the use of Outlook
