About JD STAR
The JD STAR Program, launched by JD.com in 2015, is an annual recruitment initiative targeting fresh graduates from top universities worldwide. International Communications Team
The International communications Team is responsible for media, government and NGO communications for JD.com outside China. The Team works at the Group level, supporting the full range of JD.com's businesses with their international expansion, including JD retail, JD logistics and JD Property.
The team is focused on developing, building and enhancing JD.com’s relationships with key journalists, commentators and media organisations, as well as national governments, industry associations and local communities.

About the Role
The International Communications Team is looking for an intern to support its ongoing activities and projects. The position will cover a diverse range of activities and involve engagement with various internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the team in drafting and reviewing content, help in the delivery of key communications activities and assets and overall team support.

Responsivities:
1Team calendar review, update and circulation
2Support in managing contact programmes and databases
3Tracking of key media activity and responses
4Press office support
5Support for social media engagement and internal communciations
6Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely task completion.
7Support the team in organizing meetings, scheduling, and coordinating office logistics
8Provide general support, including document preparation and review

Candidate Requirements
1Bachelor-level graduate
2Fluency in English is required, with strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
3A can do attitude, with a hands-on mindset and a proven ability to take initiative and get things done and to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
4A team player with an ability to communicate effectively with range of stakeholders.
5Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
