The Role

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive who thrives in a new business, field-based role.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new customers across the manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, and construction sectors, meeting clients face-to-face to understand their processes and present tailored ERP and SaaS solutions.

This is a fully remote field sales role, combining home flexibility with regular client visits across the UK. Marketing and SDR support will help drive inbound leads, but you’ll also generate and develop your own pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business across manufacturing, distribution, and construction verticals.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach and demo through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present solutions, build relationships, and drive conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to maximise lead flow and pipeline generation.
Engage senior decision-makers — typically Heads of Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting via CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
Represent the business professionally at client sites, events, and occasional HQ visits (travel expenses covered).

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally ERP, supply chain, or field service software.
Proven success in field-based new business sales roles.
Experience selling into manufacturing, construction, wholesale, or distribution clients.
Strong consultative approach, able to identify business pain points and present value-driven solutions.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup.
