Job Specifications

The Business Process Project Manager I works closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve key business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in mapping, documenting, and analyzing existing business processes, primarily within Sales Operations and Demand Planning
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline workflows
Collect and analyze process performance data; assist in building dashboards and reports for management
Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and support project implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Assist in monitoring the implementation of process changes and measuring their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support change management efforts, including developing training documentation and communication plans
Work with business systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks whenever possible

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar role in performance management and/or delivery of company products and services
3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
Basic understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $65,200 - $78,300 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
