Mode of work: Freelancer/Employee

Daily freelance Rate: 380-400 Euros/day

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Expert with deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in data modeling, governance, and performance optimization, turning complex datasets into powerful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports using Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Synapse.
Build and optimize complex data models aligned with data governance standards.
Write efficient DAX and Power Query expressions, ensuring top performance.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage secure data access.
Perform advanced SQL querying and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable solutions.
Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.

Mandatory Expertise

5+ years in Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI integration).

5+ years of Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, RLS).

5+ years of advanced SQL experience (complex queries, performance tuning).

5+ years in data modeling and data governance.

Certifications & Standards

Mandatory:

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate
