Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior and experienced analyst to ensure that all compliance requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented for client, to meet digital operational regulatory obligations. This role covers compliance activities across vendor management, procurement, third-party risk management, and outsourcing. It is a hands-on position, requiring a strong connection with both business-facing and IT-facing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT subcontracting and the responsibilities that come with it.
As a Compliance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes that ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Your key accountabilities include:
Developing and executing compliance activities aligned with formal outsourcing requirements.
Designing and documenting a technical solution for a central register containing details of all IT vendors.
Assisting in the creation of an outsourcing policy, consistent with Client’s governance and overseer expectations.
Defining exit strategies for each critical vendor.
Assessing contractual impacts of new regulations and working with Legal to update contract templates.
Revising and enhancing the third-party risk management framework, with a specific focus on Vendor Risk Management and concentration risk analysis.
What you'll do:
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.
Proven experience managing compliance projects involving regulatory requirements and third-party engagement in IT environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence interacting at senior levels.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, ideally within mission-critical or highly regulated environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a pragmatic and results-driven approach to compliance.
What you bring:
Compliance frameworks, policies, and controls: Minimum 5 years’ experience at Professional Level
Compliance projects involving regulation and third parties in IT environments: Minimum 5 years’ experience at Professional Level
Risk Management in mission-critical environments: Minimum 5 years’ experience at Professional Level
