Role

As a Consultant, you’ll apply modern, human-centred principles to create scalable, user-focused solutions that embed growth directly into the flow of work. You’ll work closely with clients to design end-to-end consulting projects that drive measurable impact. This role blends creativity with commercial acumen. At the same time, you’ll be confident in spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling solutions in fast-paced corporate environments. The priority has shifted toward technology-focused expertise, particularly in AI and cybersecurity, so experience in these areas is required.

Skillset required:

Performance Consulting: Ability to diagnose client challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.
Consultative Selling & Commercial Awareness: Spotting opportunities and adding value through proactive client engagement.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Experience working across the full consulting lifecycle – from research and scoping to design, delivery, and evaluation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.
Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and balancing multiple projects.
Cybersecurity OR Tech OR AI experience
