Job Specifications

Position Title: Sr. Technical Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract with extensions

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days, Cincinnati

Hours: 8am - 5pm est

Pay: 75-85 an hour based on experience

Must Have Requirements:

7+ years as a Technical BA/Technical Analyst creating process flows and data mapp
5+ years of experience with XML/CML: Deep experience with structured data formats for integration and transformation
Exposure to full-stack development with modern front-end and enterprise back-end
Data Mapping & Tech Specs: Translate business logic into system-level documentation
Querying: Strong SQL or similar query language skills for data analysis and troubleshooting

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our client’s Application Support team. This is a contract opportunity designed for senior professionals who thrive in complex technical environments and enjoy solving challenging problems.

The Senior Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing proprietary systems built on Duck Creek technologies. This individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth technical analysis, mapping data across upstream and downstream systems, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex technical scenarios and identify root causes of system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical documentation.
Develop comprehensive technical specifications to guide software developers.
Support application functionality and performance through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights on technical challenges and solutions.
