Senior Procurement Specialist – Indirect (NFR)
The Senior Procurement Specialist, Indirect is a key contributor to our strategic sourcing and procurement operations. In this high-impact role, you’ll help shape category strategies and drive value across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend, including equipment, supplies, materials, and services. You’ll partner closely with internal leaders and external vendors to deliver the right products and services at the right time, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and negotiate agreements for Indirect/Not-for-Resale (NFR) categories to achieve maximum value and support enterprise objectives.
Contribute thought leadership and subject-matter expertise to sourcing strategies and operational initiatives.
Manage purchasing activities for owned categories—ensuring requisitions, POs, and workflows are accurate, compliant, and efficient.
Own Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for assigned categories, fostering strong, performance-driven partnerships.
Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to identify cost-saving, efficiency, and waste-reduction opportunities; translate insights into actionable process improvements.
Support cross-functional teams by procuring equipment, services, and materials for key business initiatives such as remodels, new store openings, and major projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Procurement, or NFR categories.
Knowledge & Expertise
Strong understanding of procurement fundamentals and sourcing best practices.
Financial literacy, including cost analysis, inventory impact, and total cost of ownership.
Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain functions (manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, freight/backhaul).
Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus.

Strong organization and time-management abilities; able to balance multiple categories and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier performance, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and interpret KPIs.
