Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a Long-Term Contract / Full Time opportunity.

Work location: Toronto, ON; hybrid working (4 days/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MUST have strong Banking exp. Capital Markets exp MUST.

Experience working with business Product Owner and act as liaison between business and IT delivery team.

Able to write user stories, develop process flows, functional specifications, update Jira backlog, run backlog refinement sessions, define system functionalities, and run scrums sessions as backup SM as needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills are essential.

Knowledge of SQL and Investor Services domain background is good to have but not mandatory.
