Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Product Support Lead to join a leading technology company based in the London area. As the IT Platform Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the efficient operation of various IT platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as Product Support will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and manage system changes.
Provide technical support and engage with both internal and external customers to resolve issues.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Implement environmental considerations in product deployment to emphasise sustainability.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IT Platform Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

Relevant degree in Computer Systems or relevant IT experience
Proven industry experience in business processes, systems, and data.
A working knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow.
