Position Overview

The Salesforce AI Strategist will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, AI technologies, and strategic business alignment.

Responsibilities:

AI Strategy Development:
Define and execute a roadmap for integrating AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein AI, predictive analytics, generative AI) into Salesforce solutions.
Align AI initiatives with organizational goals and KPIs.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered workflows, automation, and personalization strategies.
Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing Salesforce architecture.
Data & Analytics:
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and other data sources to build predictive models and actionable insights.
Establish governance for data quality, security, and compliance.
Innovation & Enablement:
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and Salesforce releases to recommend innovative solutions.
Train and enable internal teams on AI best practices and tools within Salesforce.
Performance Monitoring:
Define success metrics and monitor AI solution performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy or implementation.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and integration tools.
Proficiency in data analytics, predictive modeling, and generative AI concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
