Customer Solutions Engineer
About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers by delivering advanced, scalable solutions and deep technical consultancy. You will design and implement end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges across industries and regions. This role requires strong technical expertise, consultative skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
Scope, design, and implement end-to-end technical solutions for customers and partners.
Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices (design/code reviews, test coverage, style guides).
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and legal policies for all solutions.
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Build trusted relationships by actively listening and understanding client needs.
Communicate technical concepts in customer-friendly language and demonstrate how technology can unlock business growth.
Partner with sales, business development, and product teams to identify opportunities for advanced solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Drive alignment across teams on vision, messaging, and execution.
Mentor peers, review solutions, and contribute to internal initiatives (e.g., training, culture programs).
Industry Expertise & Innovation
Quickly ramp up on new product sets and client technical stacks.
Develop subject matter expertise in emerging technologies and provide strategic advice.
Identify patterns and opportunities for solution reuse and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Vertex AI for conversational AI solutions.
Strong programming skills in Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python, including RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based integrations.
Ability to create clear and engaging developer documentation (tutorials, samples, videos).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a TVC or vendor, with familiarity in internal infrastructure.
Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of RBM or similar rich messaging APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Messages).
