Title: ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant LOcation: Remote JD:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Client Engagements: Conduct workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and architect best-practice ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Implementation: Configure, customize, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow ITAM suite, including Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAMPro).

CMDB and Discovery: Design and manage the CMDB data model. Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and other data import methods to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset data.

Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, such as SCCM, Jamf, Intune, and procurement systems, using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other methodologies.

Custom Development: Utilize your JavaScript skills to create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows to support custom asset lifecycle processes.

Data Management: Oversee data normalization, reconciliation, and certification processes to maintain the health and integrity of asset and configuration data.

Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on ITAM best practices, asset lifecycle management, and software license compliance.

Documentation & Training: Create detailed technical documentation, process guides, and deliver training sessions to client stakeholders and end-users.
