6 month contract + extensions

Hybrid 2-3x per week in Toronto

Pay: $75-88/hr incorp

Must Haves

8+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery with combined Project Manager + Scrum Master expertise
Advanced Agile leadership across discovery, story mapping, sprint planning, refinement, and all core ceremonies
Proven ability to coach Product Owners on business value prioritization and teams on estimation (effort/complexity)
Hands-on experience driving teams to self-organization using data-driven coaching and Continuous Improvement Plans
Expertise in Clarity PPM for financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination
Experience working at a large commercial bank
Strong command of JIRA as the system of record for dependencies, progress, and delivery metrics
Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration, remove blockers, and manage scope/time pressures effectively
Deep knowledge of PDLC, SDLC, and Agile Standard Practices (ASP) with experience supporting solution architecture reviews

Nice to Haves

Experience managing hybrid Agile-Waterfall programs or large-scale enterprise initiatives
Familiarity with operational readiness (MOR) and production release coordination
Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe (SPC, RTE), or PMI-ACP
