Job Specifications

Role: Salesforce Automation Test Engineer

Location: Vancouver

Job Description:

Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
Conduct REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Execute load and performance testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and validate defects with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
