Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Lead Developer, located in Salt Lake City, UT. The ServiceNow Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow platform solutions to address organizational needs. Daily tasks will include working with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating workflows, scripting, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring compliance with best practices. The role also involves mentoring team members and providing technical support for ServiceNow implementations to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, customizations, and integrations
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Strong understanding of database design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Skills in JavaScript, REST APIs, and other web services technologies
Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills for enhancing ServiceNow workflows
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certifications are a plus
Experience in Agile methodologies is a bonus
