What to expect in this role on a given day:
Serve as a core member of the Salesforce Administrative Team, managing and improving two enterprise-level Salesforce orgs (U.S. and International).
Design, build, and maintain Flow automations, validation rules, and other declarative solutions to support business processes.
Manage and maintain object relationships, page layouts, and record types to align with complex business models.
Provide tier-1 and tier-2 Salesforce support for users across regions, resolving issues quickly and ensuring minimal disruption.
Oversee data quality through imports, deduplication, and validation, ensuring reliable reporting and analytics.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for users and leadership.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Partner with integration and development teams to support system integrations, AppExchange apps, and automation updates.
Assist in onboarding, training, and enabling users across multiple regions and departments.
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:
Required:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
3+ years of Salesforce administration experience supporting Sales Cloud (multi-org experience preferred).
Proficiency with Flow Builder and record-triggered automation, with a focus on designing scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using modern Salesforce automation best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to support and collaborate with international teams.
Experience managing user accounts, permission sets, profiles, and data imports.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, relationships, and security model.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
