• Location: Ability to work Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Charlotte, NC. Local candidates only (due to the required in-person 1st interview).

• LoadRunner/VUGen: Proficient in VUGen 12+ for advanced test script development (beyond basic recording).

• Protocol Scripting: Skilled in developing scripts using HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols.

• Monitoring/Profiling: Experience with tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports for monitoring and reporting application performance (Windows/Linux).

• Performance Expertise: Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and understanding end-to-end web performance metrics.

Advanced Splunk: Strong knowledge of Splunk, specifically for enhanced load test analysis.

Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts (e.g., .NET, Java/JEE, 3-tier architecture, code analysis).
