We’re looking for an Intern Content Marketeer who wants to help shape the voice and visibility of 6th Man and Factor 6 from the inside.
This is not a client-facing role.
You’ll work directly on our own brands: the website, the podcast, the social channels, the product launches, the articles, the visuals,.. everything that builds momentum.
If you’re creative, curious, and comfortable learning fast, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll work on
Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, and SEO
Writing articles, captions, scripts, and short-form content
Enhancing and repurposing content with AI
Producing and editing video
Designing visuals, carousels, thumbnails, and brand assets
Developing and maintaining a content engine or framework
Strengthening the 6th Man and Factor 6 brands with consistent tone and storytelling
Helping us stay ahead of trends in content, design, and distribution
You’ll work directly with a senior designers, strategist and performance marketer.

What we expect from you in the first 3 months
Within 1 month
You understand exactly what 6th Man and Factor 6 stand for
You know our audience and what they care about
You’ve produced your first pieces of content across multiple channels
Within 2 months
You’ve built a lightweight content framework or engine that keeps us publishing consistently
You’re creating content that reflects the brand: sharp, clean, and performance-oriented
Within 3 months
You take full ownership of our content production
You lead the planning, creation, and delivery of our weekly content
You’re the internal driver of all things content
You have a visible contribution to our online visibility and thought leadership
What we’re looking for
Fluent in 2 of 3 languages: French, Dutch, English (German is a plus)
No experience required — we care more about skill, curiosity, and drive
Strong interest in content, copywriting, and video
Comfortable using AI to enhance ideas and workflows
Analytical mindset: you like understanding why content works
Clear communicator who can present ideas with confidence
Willing to travel for shoots, events, or meetings
Open to networking and representing the brand
Can work independently in a remote-friendly environment
And most importantly: a genuinely nice person
