Job Specifications

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf an expanding financial services organisation seeking a Payroll Executive on an initial 6 months contract basis to support ongoing payroll operations but also with projects and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for managing group payroll across various entities and acquisitions.
You will support with the harmonisation of payroll operations ensuring compliance, accuracy and consistency.
You will oversee phases of system transition and payroll migration from planning through to review stage post implementation.
Candidates will process monthly payrolls and benefit offerings ensuring completeness and accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation in the UK and internal policies.

Experience:

Candidates need to have proven experience of 5 years + managing payrolls across multiple entities
Experience with payroll systems such as HiBob or similar HRIS platforms is essential.
Candidates will have experience in supporting migration and broader change management including training training and system transitions.
Professional qualifications such as AAT would be advantageous
